Introducing Forecast Coffee’s Holiday 2025 Coffee—a bright new chapter in our seasonal lineup. This year’s release is a medium-roast single origin from Ethiopia’s famed Yirgacheffe region, sourced from family-owned farms within the Konga Cooperative in the Gedeo Zone.

With tasting notes of sweet plum, chocolate, and rose, this elegant coffee highlights the region’s signature fruit-forward character. The farmers of Konga continue a long tradition of careful cultivation and community-driven practices, bringing out Ethiopia’s unmistakable depth and aromatics.
