Holiday 23'
Roast: Medium
Tasting Notes: Hazelnut, Spiced Apple, Smooth
Description:
This holiday season, experience the essence of Colombian coffee like never before with our Holiday 23' single origin. For years, the Tolima region remained a hidden gem amidst renowned coffee-growing regions, concealed by armed conflict and coca leaf production, which isolated small coffee producers and subjected them to high rates of violence. As the shadow of conflict gradually receded, locally organized associations emerged, leading the way to bring their coffee to the world.

Origin: Colombia Tolima
Our traceable blend, with its vibrant regional profile, is a testament to the resilience and determination of the Asociación de Productores Agropecuarios de Santa Rosa (ASPRASAR). Comprising 67 small-scale producers in the municipalities of Herrera and Rio Blanco, this association's story unfolds in every sip. Each producer meticulously manages their own micro-mill, overseeing the entire coffee journey from cherry harvesting to depulping, fermentation, washing, and gentle drying on raised beds.
The result is a clean and consistent blend, a testament to their impeccable farm management and post-harvest practices. What makes this coffee truly exceptional is the subtle variations from farm to farm. These differences create a rich tapestry of flavors, each cup a unique journey through Tolima's captivating landscapes.
